Dancers get an easy listing of their courses and course units. If a school creates public courses, anyone can sign up, regardless of whether they have an account or not.
As a parent you always keep the overview – with or without your own account.

As school you can create courses with many possible settings. Weekly courses, block units, one-off lessons, with or without waiting list... you decide what you want!
For every course unit the system tells you whether the trainer is available or not. If they are not, you build a substitution plan right inside the course and assign an available substitute. You always see which units still need a substitute.
Create your course locations and the rooms belonging to them, and assign a location and room to every course. Your participants immediately see where the next course unit takes place.
Your courses can be integrated into your own website easily. And you decide how they look: colors and shape of the course cards, borders, corners, shadows and the colors of the registration and waiting list buttons are all configurable. No matter whether your website is red or blue – the appearance of the courses adapts to your website.
Every dancer can be assigned to a billing account. With collective invoices, several children of one billing account are combined into a single invoice. You define the payment term yourself, and open invoices are automatically chased with a payment reminder once they are due.
You get precise evaluation options that tell you how much you are earning or have already earned in a certain period or per course.
Dancers transfer the money manually to your account via bank transfer, so you don't incur any additional bank fees. Verification of the payment being received into your bank account is done automatically via CSV.
The price for the system is 79,00 per month and everything is included!
All of Tournament One's offerings for courses are included, and all future features are included. There are no modules that you pay extra for! If Tournament One evolves, it will be for everyone, for the same price.
