Frequently asked questions about dance school management
How does payment between participants and the school work?
Participants transfer the money by bank transfer directly to your account, so no additional bank fees arise for you. Checking the incoming payment on your bank account happens automatically via CSV.
Can people without an account register?
Yes. If a school creates public courses, anyone can register – whether they have an account or not.
Can I embed my courses into my own website?
Yes. Colours and shape of the course cards, borders, corners, shadows and the colours of the registration and waiting-list buttons are freely configurable, so the courses match the look of your website.
What happens when a course is fully booked?
Participants join the waiting list and automatically receive a follow-up offer as soon as a place becomes free.
