Championships and dance school management are two separate offers and are billed separately. Use one of them or both – there are no packages and no tiers.

Frequently asked questions about pricing
Can I try Tournament One first?
Yes, free of charge. You can create an account and explore all features. For competitions, simply create a first competition without publishing it and import the test data.
What does a competition cost in practice?
You pay EUR 4 per dance and competition. So a competition with 20 dances costs EUR 80, one with 50 dances EUR 200. The registration portal and the tournament software are included.
Will there be extra costs for individual features later?
No. There are no modules you have to pay extra for. All future features are included: when Tournament One evolves, it evolves for everyone at the same price.
Is there a minimum term?
The minimum term is one month. You are not tied in for longer than that.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee and no one-off cost to get started.
How do I pay?
Payments are made by bank transfer. The details are set out in the terms and conditions.
What does a dancer profile cost?
Nothing. The dancer profile and the school profile are free, even without a competition or course booking.
